Their diverse perspectives, lived experiences, and professional expertise help us remain grounded in our purpose: providing compassionate, high‑quality cancer care close to home.
A community‑based board is essential to our work. These leaders understand firsthand the challenges and strengths of Douglas County and our surrounding rural communities. They help us stay responsive to local needs, hold us accountable to the patients and families who rely on us, and ensure that our programs, services, and strategic decisions reflect the voices of those we serve.
