Our Team

Rhonda Fabrizio, RT(T)
Radiation Therapist

Rhonda Fabrizio joined the radiation therapy team at the Community Cancer Center in June 2024 and she brings a wealth of experience and a vibrant spirit to our Radiation Therapy Team as our newest member.

Born in Canyonville, Oregon, Rhonda grew up as a military brat, traveling extensively with her family across various states and countries. She completed her high school education in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and pursued her college studies at the Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls, earning her degree in Medical Imaging. Building on this foundation, Rhonda achieved her Radiation Therapy certificate from Washburn University.

Rhonda spent 24 years living and working as a Radiation Therapist in Las Vegas, Nevada. Despite her career success, she longed for the natural beauty of trees, mountains, and oceans, as well as the closeness of her family in Roseburg, Klamath Falls, and Alabama.

In 1985, Rhonda embarked on a new adventure by joining the U.S. Navy, where she specialized as an Air Crew Survival Equipmentman, often referred to as a parachute rigger. Her role involved meticulous work with an industrial sewing machine to pack parachutes and ensure their safety for use during jumps. Rhonda’s dedication to perfection and trust in her craftsmanship were critical, especially during her own parachute jumps.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Rhonda, and her husband Eric, enjoy a diverse range of hobbies including fishing, hiking, camping, quilting, and reading. She cherishes time spent with her grandchildren and her dogs.

Not ready to retire yet, Rhonda remains active with her goal of enjoying life to the fullest. She looks forward to traveling in her RV, cruising, gardening, and indulging in quality time with her grandchildren, ensuring each moment is filled with joy and adventure.

Rhonda’s enthusiasm for life, combined with her extensive professional background and dedication to quality care, makes her a valuable asset to our team at the Community Cancer Center. Her commitment to service and her adventurous spirit are evident in everything she does.
