Matt is a Senior Vice President and Commercial Team Leader at Oregon Pacific Bank, based at the Roseburg Branch. With more than 25 years of banking experience, he brings extensive expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and organizational leadership. His commitment to community-focused banking aligns closely with the Community Cancer Foundation’s mission to ensure sustainable, locally accessible cancer care through responsible stewardship and long-term financial planning.
Matt’s professional background supports the Foundation’s focus on fiscal accountability, growth, and community investment—key elements in advancing cancer services, patient support, and program sustainability. His passion for helping local businesses thrive reflects his broader dedication to strengthening the economic and social well-being of the communities the Foundation serves.
In addition to his professional career, Matt is an active community leader. He currently serves as Board Chair of the Mercy Foundation, supporting children’s outreach and healthcare initiatives. He also serves on the boards of the Roseburg High School Foundation, which provides scholarships and classroom resources, the Umpqua Economic Development Partnership, promoting regional economic development, and AVIVA Health.
Matt and his wife have adopted and raised three children and enjoy hiking, river outings, and golf. He is deeply committed to building strong community partnerships and supporting organizations that improve the health, stability, and future of his neighbors.
