Dori is a lifelong resident of Roseburg, Oregon, where she lives with her twin daughters. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Oregon State University.

Dori serves as President of Roseburg Disposal Co., a family-owned business founded by her grandfather in 1932. As the third-generation leader of the company, she provides strategic oversight and operational leadership while continuing the organization’s long-standing commitment to service and community stewardship. Prior to joining the family business, Dori worked in legal administration as Director of Attorney Recruiting for a Portland-based law firm, Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt.

Dori is deeply committed to community leadership and civic engagement. In recognition of her contributions, she was awarded the Roseburg Area Chamber of Commerce’s First Citizen Award in 2022. She currently serves on the boards of the YMCA of Douglas County and the Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley.
